Do I have to make an appointment for an estimate before I bring in my vehicle?

Do I need to pay a deductible, if so, to who and when?

The amount of your deductible depends on your insurance policy. You pay the deductible to us when you pick up your vehicle, you don't pay a penny to us until we've finished your vehicle. Remember you only owe a deductible for repairs to your car, not for any other cars involved.________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Do you offer a towing service?

We offer full-service 24-hour towing and flatbed recovery service and can make all the arrangements necessary to have your vehicle towed to our shop.________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Are you open on weekends?

Yes. We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
