FAQs

How long will the repairs take to complete?

It will vary depending on the severity of the collision. Drivable vehicles are routinely scheduled on a Monday in hopes of having them completed on the next Friday. The estimated time of completion will be explained at the time of the estimate.

Do I have to use the shop my insurance company recommends?

No! It is your vehicle. You have the right to have YOUR car worked on where YOU feel comfortable. At times an insurance company may direct you to use a specific shop. This practice is called "steering" and is prohibited by law. (See Senate Bill 204)

To whom do I pay the deductible?

The deductible is paid directly to the shop. Most circumstances will require you to pay the deductible amount (set up with the policy holder) at the time of the vehicle delivery after the repairs have been made.

What if there is more damage found after the initial estimate?

Often times this is the case. Insurers have come up with a system for unforeseen damage, making it easier for the owner. This is called a supplement, and the insurance company works with the shop for the added costs.

Can you match the factory color of my car?

Yes. Today's finishes are made with multiple layers of specialized paints. We have investments in technology and equipment to ensure the color will match the factory finish.
