When should I bring my vehicle to Kemna Collision Repair?

If you were in a car accident and your vehicle needs to be towed from the scene, tell your tow driver to bring your car to Kemna Collision Repair. If your car was damaged but still legally and safely operable, contact Kemna Collision to set up an estimate appointment. We will walk you through the process of obtaining a claim number from your insurance company and get the repair process started.

What happens after my vehicle is towed to Kemna Collision Repair?

When we receive your vehicle, we will take pictures of the accident damage, documenting everything for our records. We will tear down the accident-damaged areas and write an estimate. We will call you with a preliminary estimate and then schedule a time for the repair to be completed.

How long will my estimate take?

Allow approximately 15 minutes for the estimate to be written. If there is substantial damage, it may take up to 30 minutes to inspect your vehicle and write the estimate.

What is a deductible?

The deductible is the amount of the repairs that the owner is responsible for according to your insurance policy. These numbers typically range anywhere from $250.00 to $1000.00. This amount is paid directly to the repair shop before your insurance coverage kicks in.

How long will it take to repair my vehicle?

The time it takes to repair a damaged vehicle depends on the amount and severity of the damage. A few dents from a hail storm can be completed in one day, but if you were t-boned, it could take several days to install new auto body pieces and repaint the vehicle. We can provide a more accurate timeline for repairs when we provide your service estimate.
