How do I contact a seller?

If there is an issue with your Marketplace product or general questions for the seller, please contact them directly. You can find this information in your confirmation email from when you placed your online order or on Express.com under "My Account" in Online Orders.

Why am I being charged shipping and shipping on multiple items?

Since Express Marketplace items are sent directly by the Seller, you will be charged separately for the shipping of items from each Seller in your order. As you check out, you will see a separate line with the associated shipping charges for each Seller. Express Marketplace items do not qualify for Express' flat rate shipping and $50 free shipping threshold.

Why are some products of the same brand treated differently for shipping and returns?

Can I use my Express credit card?
