This will be determined based on how much work is being done, and what materials or products will be needed to complete this process. It's good faith, and ensures we will not be out materials should the client not show. This helps us plan the workload accordingly as we are a small company. If you cancel 36 hours in advance we'll allow a re-booking without losing your deposit. If you don't call or don't show you will not receive credit toward a future booking.
