Each detail service has its own scheduled time when booking. These times are only estimates because it is hard to judge how long it will take before seeing the vehicle in person. The actual appointment is usually shorter than the booked time.

Working almost exclusively outside we constantly keep an eye on the weather. When we reach out to you the day before your appointment we will have already looked at the weather forecast. If it looks like the possibility of rain, we will either move the appointment to another day that works for you, or if available, work out of your covered garage. The choice is up to you and we will work with you.

Absolutely not. That is what is so great about the fact we come to you. The process can be scheduled completely contactless and you do not need to be home. We frequently detail cars while people are on vacation.
