FAQs

Do you guys offer a "wipe down and vacuum and exterior wash"?

We do not offer these services. Places that offer these services many times have to rely on quantity of customers over quality. We cannot compete with them in terms of speed or price without sacrificing the quality of our work.

What area do you guys cover?

We cover a 30 minute radius around Walden. This includes Newburgh, Beacon, New Windsor, some parts of Highland, Plattekill, Wallkill, Pine Bush and other nearby towns.

Why is that?

We are a small operation. By keeping our size small we are able to keep our prices reasonable and provide one on one customer service. You can rest assured that if you need anything we will be able to personally help you. We are also only able to care for one or two customers a day. We set aside enough time for each customer and their vehicle. This allows us to be thorough and careful. Aside from that, we have personal matters to attend certain days and we try to have enough rest to keep our quality high.

Do you guys do fleet work or dealerships?

No, not usually. As business owners we understand it is important to keep expenses down when possible. We do not offer any type of discount for dealerships or fleets.
