FAQs

Do I need to provide water or electricity for the detailing service?

Yes since we are mobile, this means we come to you! Because of this we require the use of your hose hookup although we do bring our own hose. We prefer to use one of your electrical outlets in your garage or exterior of your home but if this is not possible, we do have an onboard generator.

What if the weather does not look favorable for my appointment?

Text or call us with specific concerns about your appointment. We will contact you the day before if we are unsure if we can complete your detail. We are mobile so rescheduling does happen due to weather!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all card payments, cash and checks! Online invoices provide you a simple breakdown of the pricing for your service! Tax is only applied for online card payments.

Can you get rid of my cars odor or stain?

We will do our best on removing odors and stains however as stated in our terms and conditions, we cannot guarantee results but instead can guarantee our track record and skill set should provide confidence in our services!

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash and check payments are NOT charged sales tax! We accept all card payments but are required to charge sales tax with card payments and deposits. Online invoices provide you a simple breakdown of the pricing for your service!
