We have been monitoring the COVID-19 situation in our region, and while there are many opinions, I want you to know that we are taking recommendations from the CDC and local health authorities VERY SERIOUSLY. We intend to remain open for business with 'service' regular hours (Monday thru Friday, 8am to 6pm and Saturday, 8am to 3pm), serving Dallas with top-notch vehicle service and repair, but we are taking special precautions to keep you and our staff safe. 1: In addition to the normal precautions against illness, we are wiping steering wheels and keys with disinfectant. 2: We are cleaning our facility often and thoroughly. 3: As much as we want to shake your hand, we’re going to have to stick to an elbow bump or reassuring nod! 4: We are promoting the use of our after-hours pickup and drop-off system throughout the day.

Why would I choose the secondary market over the dealer to take care of my hybrid battery?
Dealer's focus on selling cars and don't know hybrid batteries like we do. A dealer will typically sell a new battery, costing $5K on average, and their replacement only comes with a 12-month warranty. Dealers also don't have a convenient mobile service. Hybrid Battery 911 comes to you and puts in a fully remanufactured battery pack for about one-third of the cost and the option of a lifetime warranty (paid monthly or yearly). If you're in the market for a new battery, we offer that too!
What is your mobile service area ?
We proudly serve the eastern half of US with our mobile service. We come to you! If you are outside of this area, we may be able to still assist you through our partner network, so give us a call or text.
How long does the hybrid battery repair process take once the qualified technician arrives at my home or office?
Typically, we are finished with the whole installation process in one to two hours. Our techs are super efficient because that's all we do every day: install batteries!
What will be my experience with Hybrid Battery 911?
