Auto Glass Repair near Boulder, CO

Winter's here, and so are the frosty mornings that turn your car's back window into a sheet of ice. We understand the struggle of getting your back window clear and safe for driving during those cold months. Here’s our quick guide to keeping your view clear and your journey safe. First off, always give your car a few minutes to warm up in the morning. Turning on the defroster setting will gradually melt away the frost without causing any damage to the glass. For those particularly icy days, consider using a de-icer spray that's safe for auto glass, or make your own by mixing water with a bit of vinegar or alcohol and spray it on the window. Remember, using anything sharp or metal to scrape off ice can scratch and damage your back window. Instead, use a plastic scraper designed for cars or a soft brush. Keeping your back window clean and clear isn't just about a better view—it's about making sure you're driving safely by seeing everything behind you. And if you find any chips or cracks while you're defrosting, Bright Auto Glass is here to help. Don't let minor damage turn into a major problem in the cold. Drop by or give us a call, and we’ll make sure your back window is as good as new, ready to face the winter months ahead. Stay warm and drive safely with Bright Auto Glass by your side.
