Answer E-tuning is the process of tuning a car over the internet. Calibrations/maps are sent to you via email. Once you receive a map from us you will then be responsible for gathering datalogs on the vehicle. Datalogging instructions are listed in a another drop down menu below. After we receive the datalogs from you we will review them and make adjustments to the callibration/map as needed. We will then send the adjusted map(referred to as a revision) back over to you. You will then gather more datalogs. This process continues back and forth until the vehicles is in tune.

Answer For vehicles that have received an E tune or an in house dyno tune we offer 30 days of datalog review and/or phone support from the date of successful tuning. When we review the datalogs we will do our best to help diagnose your issue. In some cases we may have you bring the vehicle to our shop or advise you to bring your car to a local shop for mechanical tests to be performed. Once a tune is flashed onto a vehicle successfully there is no way for the tune to change itself. It is written in code to the vehicles ECU. If you are experiencing drive-ability issues after a tune you have a mechanical issue. If it has been more than 30 days since successful tuning and you are needing diagnostic help the standard in person or remote help rate is applicable.
