As long as it is possible, the assigned carrier will pick up and deliver your vehicle to the addresses you specify. Of course, if there are transportation restrictions or safety challenges the carrier will work with you to arrange a convenient pickup and delivery location.

For the initial payment, we accept all major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. For the most cost-effective option, the balance outstanding on delivery day is paid via cash or a certified check made out to the carrier. We also allow payments to be made in full by credit card if that option is selected upfront.

You can cancel at any time prior to your vehicle being picked up. If you cancel prior to the assignment of a carrier you will be charged a $50 dispatch fee. In the event you cancel after the assignment of a carrier, you will be charged only the amount of the initial payment.

Your Sherpa shipment includes up to 100 lbs of personal items or household goods stored in the trunk area or secured below the window line. If you are shipping to or from a port, your vehicle must be emptied of all items. Sherpa and your assigned carrier cannot be responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle. Please remove your E-ZPass or any other electronic toll collection mechanism from your vehicle entirely and mail it to your destination or bring it with you. Due to the nature of the automated toll road systems, if your device is left in your car as it is transported, you will incur toll fees as if you were driving the vehicle. Sherpa Auto Transport will not take responsibility for this avoidable expense.
