FAQs

Can Dent Gents fix any/all of my dents?

Most non-collision dents can be repaired with paintless dent repair, however there are some situations that can interfere. Dents that are on the edge of the panel may not be able to be repaired. Some panel edges are seamed together with another sheet of metal making it impossible to gain access. If the paint is cracked or damaged, a complete repair is not possible using the PDR method

I have several dents, can I get a discount?

Yes, we will work with you on the pricing for multiple dents. If there is more than one dent on the same panel, we will repair the rest of them for very little extra. If you have multiple dents on different panels of the vehicle, we will come up with a package discount to repair the entire car (this excludes hail damage).

Will PDR harm my vehicle's paint?

If there is existing paint damage prior to removing to the dent, the repair will only fix the dent. The dent will look flawless, but the paint might show minor imperfections. Factory finish is flexible; if your finish is uncompromised prior to dent removal it will remain unaffected! That is the beauty of PDR (Paintless Dent Repair). We treat each repair as if the vehicle is our own. Please check out our featured work and reviews page to see examples!

Do I need to notify my insurance company?

This is completely up to the customer. We strive to get you back in your vehicle as fast as possible with an impeccable repair. Let us repair your vehicle without going through the stress of making a claim at a fraction of the cost!

Does Dent Gents warranty its work?

Yes! We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for the life of your vehicle so long as you own it. If you are not 100% satisfied with our workmanship, we will fully refund your money.
