If you look in the circled area here, you can see a bump or bubble in the tire's side wall. This bubble can be formed from the tire hitting into curbs, for example, causing the inner layer to leak air. Unfortunately, it is not possible to repair this issue, the tire would need to be replaced. Driving on a tire with a bubble is very dangerous. It should be a top priority to get this replaced asap as the tire may blow out causing damage to your rim and your vehicle!
