This place went above and beyond what you would expect from a normal auto repair place. I called the day before and setup an appointment. When I dropped off the car, they offered a complimentary ride back to my apartment. When they finished with the inspection, they sent a link with a detailed list of the inspection, with pictures, of what is good, what needs immediate attention, and what needs future attention. After this link was, sent they call with a follow up on your car to ask what you would like to do and pricing. They never pushed a product or the items that need immediate attention. The next day, after the repair, I received a little thank you text with a picture of the Greitens auto service. Honestly, the best experience I've ever had at an auto shop. Garrett C.
