What vehicles do we service?
We specialize in European vehicles such as Audi, BMW, Land Rover, Mercedes Benz, Mini, Volkswagen, and Volvo. We also perform repairs on Sprinter vehicles and are specialists in European diesel engine repair and service.
Do we install customer supplied parts?
Generally speaking, the answer is no. Over time we have found that there is approximately a 70% failure rate for new parts purchased from Auto Zone, Amazon, or eBay, even if they are brand new. Please contact us by phone if you have any questions about our policy or have a special request.
Do you work with aftermarket warranties?
Yes, we will work with your aftermarket warranty. Each warranty is different, but we have a tremendous amount of experience working with warranty companies to complete many types of repair. Please call us for a consultation if you have an aftermarket warranty.
