Car Air Conditioning Repair near Raleigh, NC

What exactly IS a Mercedes A or B service and how is it different from just an oil change? Mercedes wants to ensure a certain level of quality for their vehicles and service, so an A service basically means the technician spends an hour with the car including the actual oil change itself. B service is two hours with the car plus a cabin filter/engine air filter. This could be cleaning, inspecting a leak, lubricating hinges, checking differential fluid levels, etc depending on what the car needs. At Euro Motors, we scan every module in the vehicle, perform a hands on + visual inspection of the car including the suspension, steering, brakes, tires, drivetrain, etc, test the coolant p H, brake fluid water content, and check issues such as fluid leaks or damage before beginning the oil service. The service itself includes, changing the oil with premium German Motul or Liqui Moly oil, an OE German oil and engine air filter from Mann, Mahle, or Hengst, cleaning the dirt/debris from under the hood and drains, resetting the service interval reminder, inflating tires, refilling washer fluid, lubricating door latches and hinges and a quick clean up of the interior. Our B service includes all of this plus replacement of the cabin air filter(s), conditioning of door seals, an exterior wash, and any additional items we have time to address within the service time.
