FAQs

Who do I pay my deductible to?

Your deductible if applicable will be payable to the shop when your vehicle repairs are completed. If you are not sure if you have a deductible, please ask one of our staff members to verify if a deductible will apply to your repairs.

What do I do if my car is not drivable?

Call us. One of staff members will arrange towing for your vehicle. Do not attempt to drive it. If possible safely move your vehicle to the side of the road. If you drive an unsafe vehicle you could be held responsible for any additional damages cause by driving a damaged vehicle.

I do not have rental car coverage what do I do?

Highland Autostar has complimentary loaner cars available by appointment only. If you in fact do not have rental coverage. A shuttle service is also available if you would need a ride to home work or even the airport. Rental cars are also available with a discounted rate.
