Every month we get emailed this decertified list and Wanted to share with you all! Did you choose a DRP (direct repair program or network) shop that used AM “Certified” parts and assured you they were just as good as manufacturer parts? This month alone, CAPA has decertified a ton of parts that they had previously certified. It seems like the shop that installed the parts should probably be reaching out to their clients to warn them but NO – that is not what happens. Don’t trust a shop that puts the interests of your insurance company above those of you and your vehicle! Trust. It’s our business!
