Now, I get that they want the business so towing to somewhere else to be fixed is taking from them, however I spent over $4K and just feel like they could've helped me out with the tow.
So to say not only was the customer service great with Josh in the office for my truck services but the all around customer service A&D has is rare now days!
This family is amazing from the time they get your vehicle to the time you pick it up they keep you informed.
For starters when I called them The first question they asked was not about the wreck/car… They asked if the people involved in the wreck were OK…well I shouldn’t “they” The one who answered the phone was Chelsie.
Great service and knowledgeable srafff.
They let me know what needs to be done and when I tell them let's do it, it gets done.
Jackson got me in first thing Monday, diagnosed the problem (windshield washer pump), and had me back on the road that afternoon.
Work was completed on time and for the price quoted.
