I had purchased a used car from Richard a few years ago and found him to be honest and fair so when my transmission went out (different car), the choice was easy.
There was also a huge fight between employees and it scared me because I thought they were going to get violent and the door to the lobby, where I was sitting, was thrown open and one of the employees tried involving me in the fight.
And has one of the best transmission builders I've ever met.
