On Jan. 27th of 2023, I called the main number for this business to tow my vehicle to the mechanic/body shop. It was a Friday night and surprisingly Mr. Omar Gutierrez quickly showed up to tow my vehicle. Everything was going well until delivery. As the vehicle was in the process of being off-loaded the tow-truck, Mr. Gutierrez damaged my vehicle's front bumper. An arrangement was made to leave a payment in form of a check. On Jan. 30th two checks were dropped off with the body shop. On today's date I was informed that the checks had insufficient funds. I called the main number and a Robert advised to call Mr. Gutierrez directly and resolve this issue with him as he was the owner of his own tow-truck.
