The transit company that had the part I needed took almost 5 business days longer than expected (not a fault of ABS) and it left me with a very tight timeline for replacement. The woman who answered the phone fielded my calls daily with updates and was extremely helpful and considerate. When the glass finally arrived, she organized same day replacement because of the circumstances. Very great work done here.
