After over 21 years in Durham Evan has moved Absolute Automotive to Alamance county just outside Saxapahaw NC. The move is not about becoming bigger but about being able to enjoy working on cars again. The newly built 5000sqft building on almost 3 acres is a great environment to do car things. In addition to having plenty of room for all the mechanical service, repairs and upgrades this new location has allowed the business to once again offer preowned cars for sales. Did a Volkswagen transmission speedometer repair when my local shop could not do it.
I took my Son's car there and he got us in and out with no issues and we didn't have to return it because something was not done right.
On at least two occasions, he really helped me out of a jam, and since there was a time crunch, took pains to cover several possible bases (with extra parts ordering) in order to get my Eos quickly and accurately fixed.
Honest people fair prices.
The owner is very helpful, reasonably priced and very knowledgeable.
I live in Durham and brought the car to him based on my trust that the repairs would be completed better than any other shop closer to me.
