Its often hard to find a great mechanic who is honest, fast and with reasonable pricing but John is *that guy*

I’ve used John at Accel auto repair A few times now every time he’s always been very honest he’s also been very informative to everything he does.

Typically I dread the mechanic for fear of being taken advantage of, but John walks you through everything in a digestible way - even for someone like me who hasn’t the faintest clues about vehicles and their maintenance.

I was leaving Lowe's in my 2019 Cadillac XT5 when my dashboard lit up like a pinball machine; icons, messages, pictograms - car will not have full power, etc.

Great service and honest.

I have used John for several cars One being my son's charger which Dodge did not diagnose correctly but Accel did it in one hour.

What’s so great about john is He doesn’t work the weekends and he came in on his day off to take the time to fix it for me when i called him when i really needed my truck .

I gave John a list of items I was previously told needed to be serviced and asked him to fix those and let me know what else came up.

Suggested other repairs that will be coming up so I was aware and they offered to take the job on, but I declined and I was not hounded like most places do.

First one they did a ride along to diagnose an issue, turns out it’s a non issue (no charge) second time I needed some electrical work.
