From my perspective, I have been taking all my family's cars to Accu-Wench from the time the business opened. Matt, the owner, has always treated me in a respectful and courteous manner. You can be assured that if your car does not need repair he will inform you. But, if it does need repair; it will be fixed and in a timely manner. Matt is always in communication with me when I take my car into the shop. When I had an emergency on the road, I would call him to get instructions. This was very comforting to me. I would recommend Accu-Wrench to anyone. The car you bring is very important to you. You can rest assured that Accu-Wrench will treat "Ole Betsy" or your new Jaguar with the same professionalism. "
