He was kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. He offered us water and a cop place to wait. This our first time in Big Bear and when you have N emergency you never know what could happen. Especially on vacation. We were more than satisfied with their service. He also gave us references for a good tire shop which helps immensely when you are a stranger to the area. Rest assured if you contact this towing service you won't be disappointed
