Recently our 2013 Mustang (v6 auto) started to lurch whenever the vehicle would shift at low speeds. We took it into All Transmission World and they were able to identify a major issue with our transmission that we didn't know about. They got the parts in as quickly as they were able and fixed it without hassle. The staff were incredibly nice and the owner, Andy, spoke with us about the vehicle and kept us updated on the progress and how it was going. We drove the car around a little after we got it back and noticed that the problem had improved but not fully gone away so we contacted them and they were able to make a quick last minute adjustment that completely resolved the issue.

Ask for Andy🔥kept it real since I picked up, your car will thank you …
I had an issue with my transmission and throughout the process Andy was clear about my options and pricing.
Other shops may take advantage and make up a transmission problem, but not All Transmission World.
Not only was he kind, courteous, and efficient, but he made sure I was taken care of throughout the whole process, from staying on top of the warranty company to making sure I got the best parts available.
Not only that, Andy helped me understand various aspects of the process and next steps (extended warranty, rental cars, strategies for dealing with dealership salesmen, etc.
He also already had the new client forms ready and highlighted with the sections I needed to fill out since he knew I was coming in on my lunch.
They have never recommended a service I don’t need, have provided clear explanations, and even saved the faulty parts, to show me and explain what the issue was.
Andy and his crew were awesome!
This place is awesome they really helped me with my problem and took care of the problem quick I recommend all transmissions to anybody ask for Andy real nice guy and very professional..
My issue was covered by the vehicle warranty company but I never had to deal with or communicate with them myself.
