As someone who works in a customer service driven industry, I can honestly say I have never received such great service as I did from Mike from Ape Towing in the Baltimore county region. He was responsive, patient, extremely kind and went out of his way to help me coordinate getting my car to the right place for the right fix! He was extremely knowledgeable and able to help educate me using his professional opinion. If I could give MORE than 5 stars, I would. Thanks again Mike!

The tow operator supposed to come at 5pm, but had personal matters but still managed to come later and made it up by giving me a jump for my other vehicle that wouldn’t start.
