If I ever have to go through an accident like this again, I would want nobody but Apple Valley Collision to handle my Business.

Despite how long everything is taking these days I also felt that my vehicle was fixed in a timely matter.

A pleasant experience is not something typical when dealing with an automotive repair business in my past experiences, so I was surprised to have been treated like a friend instead of my potential paycheck.

My car was involved in a 4-vehicle fender bender after someone decided to do an illegal U-turn in the middle of the road.

I have been in and out of Bodyshops for the last 20 years either for Business or Personal Repairs.

Richie was so kind and accommodating, just absolutely wonderful customer service.

While they didn’t end up performing any work as my car was totaled, Richie worked with the insurance company, assessor and an unsavvy car person like myself to make sure the right damage assessment was made, and I wouldn’t end up driving a partially repaired vehicle.

For that, he has my business moving forward (although I hope to never have to see a collision shop lol) highly highly highly recommend this man and his crew.

I can't say enough about the high-quality work and level of professionalism I experienced here.
