I have an 2007 Audi A4 that I had consistently serviced at the Audi dealership for the first 8 years that I owned the car. I was introduced to Tony and his team at Ararat Automotive a couple years ago and their level of customer service, professionalism and quality of work is so much better than the Audi dealership and at a reasonable price. They are friendly and very thorough and honest when diagnosing the problem(s) and giving me the best options. There are not many mechanics or car dealers that are as honest, hardworking and helpful as the team at Ararat.
Great work in a timely manner; polite service and my older BMW runs incredibly well.
