And even though his shop didn't "work" on my van, he made sure it was COMPLETELY road ready and safe to drive for me and my family.
You won't be disappointed and will be very thankful you found him and his shop!
What really blew me away was my car had a warning sign that the coolant levels were low, with fear of it overheating I frantically called Paul, he found the time in his schedule to drive all the way up to Westfield to my home to inspect the car the SAME day.
My Audi Q5 started shuddering badly and misfiring when I was on 465, so I immediately pulled off the highway exit and called up Paul Feigert (owner of Artisan Autos).
He did only what was necessary as appointed, priced properly and with professional, friendly service.
