Air conditioning on the fritz🥵, Roland took a look and diagnosed and fixed the issue - glad it was resolved before the summer really set in.
He is very transparent with his customers and always gets the best work done for the most efficient cost compared to scamming dealerships!

He suspects it might eventually become a recall issue, so he documented everything he did and provided receipts to prove all parts (right down to the anti-freeze) were genuine Audi so if it does become a recall I have everything i need to file a claim.
Much better than the local dealer (fathers and sons)who we unfortunately purchased the car from new.
What truly stood out was their genuine willingness to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain all available options without any pressure or sneaky tactics
