The dispatcher was very helpful and clear on what to expect in regards to timing and service.
Service by the dispatcher and Christian the tow driver was exemplary and a great relief on a day when other services failed and were disorganized and didn’t deliver as promised.
When Manuel arrived he helped us get our shift knob unlocked so we could put it in neutral and then he contacted a coworker to come in a smaller truck with a tow chain and together they were able to get our Durango out of the parking garage and then onto the tow truck to deliver it to the Dodge dealership service dept.
