I’ve had horrible experiences in the past with a different bodyshop but I feel like my issues were taken very seriously and treated with care here at Auto Design which I appreciate so much because my car has a LOT of sentimental value to me even though it’s just a 2007 Hyundai Accent in many peoples eyes.
Jen was so thorough when discussing every detail of problems wrong with my car and what/how they were fixing it.
They are so nice at the desk and the body shop does such a fabulous job on every vehicle we have ever brought to them.
They kept me informed throughout the process and they were very professional.
