If repairs are being paid for by a company that Badger State Collision does not have a specific agreement with, the insurance company will usually assign their own appraiser to write an estimate. They may do this at your home, work or possibly a drive in claims center. Should this estimate be incomplete, a Badger State Collision Customer Service Representative will contact the insurance company during repairs so that an appraiser may re-inspect the damage. During this re-inspection, the additional damage will be pointed out to the appraiser so that the additional costs may be approved.

We have bought 2 cars (soon to be 3) from here and just had our SUV looked at and although it was bad news, we are very happy with the honest feedback.
Great to hear about the management adjustment and see the place getting cleaned up and organized again!
I actually missed out on a Fusion that sold before that one and had to wait for another one to come available.
Much faster than expected and great quality.
And support local business.
I hit a Deer On a Tuesday night and Justin was able to take a look the next DAY at my car and once my insurance was involved two days later Justin was able to take my car in that following Monday!!!
Justin has always gone out of his way to service the needs that I may have had.
Very good choice for auto body repair.
I texted Justin at 7:30 and he brought a new battery and installed it within an hour.
They fixed some small things on my car even if it's not covered by the warranty.
