Fast service, on time per phone call and very good tech hooking up my 1 ton truck in a narrow busy bypass road
He was not only skilled in handling my truck with care(especially having my puppydog in it) but he also took the time to show me a trick or two on how to manually shift into neutral, incase I ever have a dead battery.
Friendly and understanding is what I liked the most.
