Amazing experience
This family truly runs a professional auto repair facility.
The only reason its not 5 star is its difficult to get an appointment because they are so busy.
My first experience taking my car in was not perfect, but as someone who has worked in service most of her career, I can be the first to admit the customer is not always right (even with me as customer) - there was a lot going on on my end and that likely contributed to some miscommunication.
The folks at B Back were very responsive, knowledgeable and spoke to me in a way that I felt comfortable.
