I can't recommend Bertini's enough! Since the maintenance plan on my Mercedes E350 ended about 3 years ago, I have been taking my car to Bertini's instead of the dealership and have been 100% happy with the level and quality of service, but most of all, their honesty. I recently had an issue where I went to the dealership to get an alignment, and coincidentally on that day had my first ever performance issue with the car. The dealership quoted more that $6,300 to repair. I decided to take the car to Bertini's for a second opinion, and am so glad I did. In the end, my total repair bill from Bertini's was $60! John took the time to explain the issue - which resolved itself and how that happened - and informed me that he couldn't find anything else to repair and could not in good...
