These guys are awesome! They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. Dropped off my jeep for them to do a transmission flush, other businesses recommended Best Western because they do a full 100% fluid flush. After they did the flush I put in a transmission cooler myself and accidentally had one of the hoses pop off on the test drive and empty about 2. 5 quarts of the new transmission fluid, I showed up again without an appointment the next morning to ask them top it off again so i don't cause any damage. They took it in immediately, filled it up and checked that I didn't do any damage to my transmission driving low on fluid. They are great people and will definitively be willing to do business with them again.
