After my rental car was damaged at a stop light, the car wouldn't drive and I needed a tow. Sat on hold for 30 minutes with AAA while they went back and forth with getting someone on the scene. Finally gave up and called Big League Towing. They were there in 20 minutes and towed my car to Enterprise for a reasonable amount. The tow truck driver was polite and helpful. Not sure why I pay for AAA anymore.

First time using a towing company and was super worried that they were going to scam me in some way, based on some experiences my parents had.
Five stars
Wanted to say thanks to them for helping out when my daughter and her friend were left holding up traffic on the causeway.
Best experience even though I was broke down
I called another tow business (they said they’d be to me in 20 minutes) I waited an hour and nothing.
Made it to a parking lot but I wouldn’t start back up - called Big League and they were able to take care of us fast.
