Big Reds Hook & Book Towing
Over a holiday weekend, I found myself broken down just outside the fairgrounds in Wooster. It was Saturday and so many local towing companies and mechanics were closed through the holiday on Monday. I was panicked. My insurance company set up a tow for me that was going to take up to 90 minutes just to show up! I called Big Red's and Eric was there in 30 minutes. Not only that, but he helped with a lot of questions I had (my cars have never broken down on me before) and gave me peace of mind by checking a few things on the car so I'd have a better idea what might be wrong. All this in addition to being open on a holiday so I could come pick up my car! Thank you, Big Reds, for helping me make it home to Kentucky safely!

Impressed with how quick they came and repaired a tire.
My tire blew on the side of the road they picked me up and took me to have a new tire mounted on the rim, helped me get the truck off the ground and the new tire put on.
