Brothers quoted us a price, promised my vehicle back in 6 business days, and thats what they did.
After getting the estimate we discussed about the arrangement of payment and after finding out an adjuster had not carried me they told me that nothing had been submitted to the insurance company most likely because I had not heard from an adjuster.
Brothers is a good body shop and staff is very friendly, couldn't ask for better people...
