I had My heat and blower stop working unexpectedly last week after all the negative temps, and Mark and the guys got me in on Friday and finished my car today, they were thorough and efficient and did a wonderful job.
When it was found the tire needed to be replaced they got it done same day and at a reasonable price.
Thank you James, he repaired my tire that had a bolt in it, cheerfully, efficiently,and reasonably priced while I waited.
I’ve never felt pressured to throw money at anything that wasn’t absolutely necessary, plus they look the other way when I’ve had a zombie or animal skulls in my car or brought a leashed dog into their waiting area.

We are from out of town, but we stumbled upon Brown’s Tire & Auto this past week and they absolutely came to our rescue when we needed help with our vehicle!
Very friendly and great customer service.
They have done several jobs for me in the past.
Be sure you talk to them upfront if you have cost concerns though so you both on the sane page.
Today, I picked up my car from regular service and brought along my flat garden wagon tire, and they helped me get it fixed up and back on the wheel while I was settling up inside.
