I highly recommend this business to anyone with transmission troubles. After receiving several opposing diagnoses for my transmission issues, Paul and Tim set the record straight, gave me my options, got right to work (up to and after closing time) trying to fix my problems, and gave me strict instructions to report back with an update on how my car was doing. This family-owned business made me feel like a part of their family. Unlike the big chains, they are in no way in this business for the money. After doing what they could to salvage the mistaken reports I had previously received, they sent me home without charging a dime. Paul's reasoning for this was that they were just “people helping people. ” I am beyond thankful to the entire team!

All in all, I wouldn’t take my stuff anywhere else, have had literally over 20 vehicles through here over the decades, and until a world exists without Budget Automotive, they’ll get my service every time.
A friend recommended Budget to me when two other mechanics had failed to figure out what was causing my car to overheat, and a third had quoted me $1800 for a major repair that didn't sound right to me.
