She sent KEYCEL to tow my vehicle from the other tow yard to my home (I had decided NOT to give them the opportunity to collect for the month+ worth of storage fees from my insurance company simply because they were rude and lazy).
Patrica is the sweetest, definitely my go to for round rock and surrounding for tow’s and recovery’s
She was very kind & patient dealing with my frustration & the driver, Keycel (hope I’m getting that right) was a saint.
Dealing with a towed car is stressful enough but the ownership at Bulldog was as helpful as they could be and made the process quick and easy.
