5+ years ago I took a chance on BVA rather than going to my local Lexus dealer, as I was accustomed to doing (the free, fresh cookies were nice) and I am so thankful that I did.
They are very nice people and treat you whit respect and they are very honest to you and they are very professional
I came in for a break job, I let my rears go too far they came up with a fix that was far more reasonable than the dealer and got it done quickly, while my car might be still under warranty I will be going here for all of my basic maintenance from now on.
They have customers driving back from out-of-state for repairs & tune-ups!
