I brought my car in with a host of problems and they were honest, communicative, and helpful throughout the process.
I came in to check if my missing key ring was attached to my keys(it was not and has probably been missing since before it reached Cals via tow truck), I let them know I could not find it and they genuinely cared about something as small as my key ring and tried to help me find it, looked it up on Amazon to know what to look out for and even let me know they would look around and call to update me if they came across it.
Very prompt about updating what issues they found and when everything was ready to pick up.
Worked us into their schedule and kept in contact along the way.
