My husband was hit by another driver in an intersection and damaged the front left bumper of his Toyota Prius. We took the car into California Collision for repairs. My husband is disabled and drives a specially equipped car, so he was housebound — or dependent on me to drive him — without his car. He thought it would be back in a day or two. When George Osorio and his team took off the bumper to repair it, they discovered much more damage below the bumper, requiring the ordering of new parts. While it would have been easy for George to promise the car would be back on time, he told us honestly how long it would take to get the parts and repair the vehicle.
