Sadly I have had my fair share of collisions but they always get it back to 100.
Wade really cares about customer service and goes above and beyond.
The super friendly staff, easy process, going above and beyond and excellent work make them the best choice for your vehicle repair needs.
They did a nice job fixing the dent and an excellent job on the paint.
And -- because my situation was abnormal (for reasons I won't get into here) -- they ended up absorbing some of the costs that they didn't have to.
They worked hand in hand with my insurance company, kept me up to date on the status and answered all my questions.
My initial contact with Capital City Collision was prompted by their stellar reviews, and I must say, they surpassed expectations.
To keep the rest of the story short, They had my car fixed and ready for me in early March which was still weeks before any of the other places would have even taken it into their shops.
Probably the only body shop that I would EVER go to ...
I get the sense that people really abuse service advisors and want to encourage everyone to be open and understanding during this busy season.
